Shipping & Returns
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. For verified customers, we ship within 24 hours of your order being placed during the week, but weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday.
If an item is not is stock, we will contact you to find out if you want to wait for the item to arrive before we ship or we will ship it in a second parcel when it arrives. This may affect shipping costs.
When placing your first few orders with us, we require a phone number. To avoid any issues, we may call your number to confirm your order by phone before shipping. If we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to refund the amount of the order and cancel the transaction. Even if we reach you, we may hold any unverified customer orders until the credit card has been fully authorized, and we may require a signature and ID when you receive the item.
Online Returns Policy
We strive to carry the best vaping gear we can, but if for some reason you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will replace it, unless it is covered directly by the manufacturer.
Failures caused by using the product improperly will not be exchanged or refunded. Improper charging of the batteries, overfilling cartridges and shorts due to dirty threads and connectors on e-cigarette parts is also not covered. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on misuse or improper care of equipment.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or DOA item, etc.) but only with an authorized RMA number and our approved shipping method. To begin a return, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and details of why you need to return the item.
You may return some new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. E-Liquids and coils are all final sale.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
